Jillian Marie Frank's Obituary
Jillian Marie Frank, age 22, our beloved daughter, sister, and friend passed away suddenly on February 15th in Gainesville, Florida.
Jillian was a college student at the University of Florida and was incredibly driven in her school work. She was working towards changing her major to economics before she applied to graduate schools. She was an Aquatics Program Assistant and Recreation Manager at RecSports at the University of Florida, a job she was wildly proud of. She was known to be incredibly hardworking and driven.
Jillian embodied all the best parts of the world. She was selfless, kind, and a joy to be around. She was well known for her passion for the arts and swimming, hard working nature, and silly joyful personality.
Jillian loved so many things from the art world: music, dancing, doing her makeup, seeing musicals or plays, walking through museums or nature, decorating for holidays (especially Halloween), cooking, singing and playing her guitar. She truly was a beautiful person inside and out.
Jillian was truly a light in the world, an effortlessly funny and kind person. She adored her cat, Oliver, who she called her son and will be lovingly cared for by the family.
Jillian is survived by her mother Linda Frank, father Thomas Frank, sister Megan Frank, and many, many family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a cause Jillian was very passionate about, The Trevor Project, www.thetrevorproject.org
Celebration of Life will be held 12pm to 3pm at Grace Memorial Gardens located at 16931 US-19 N, Hudson, Florida 34667.
