Jennifer Lynn Holm, 32, formally of Brooksville, FL passed away Dec. 28, 2016 Funeral service will be Friday 10am at Grace Memorial, the family will receive friends Thursday 5-7pm. A native of White Plains, NY she lived in the area from 1995 till 2015 moving back to NY. She was a Catholic and member of St. Frances Cabrini Parish. Jennifer was caring and loving person who was a friend to all who know her. She always had her trusted companion “Buster” her dog at her side. She is survived by her parents Al and Elena Holm; 3 brothers, Albin, Jr. Vincent and Daniel; 1 sister Kristen; 2 nephews Clark and Logan.
