Jay Aaron Holley's Obituary
Jay Aaron Holley, 23, of Hudson Florida passed away unexpectedly on Saturday February 25th, 2017.
Jay was born in Dunedin, Florida to Craig Aaron Holley and Teresa Jean Paddock on April 12, 1993.
At a very young age, he had a love for skateboarding that carried through his teen years, to which he spent all his free time and made many friends.
Jay was very determined and graduated from Hudson High School in Hudson, Florida.
Jay served his country in the U.S. Army Airborne Division for four years as a Small Wheel Mechanic, as well as, Paratrooper. During that time he fine-tuned his love of cars. After his time served he continued his service in the U.S. Army Reserves until the time of his death.
Jay attended Hillsborough Community College where he received a degree in Paint and Auto Body and was currently enrolled for a Business Associates Degree.
Jay loved life to the fullest, made friends easy, and loved his family with all of his heart. Jay always had some original humor to add at any given moment. He was a great friend and extended a hand whenever needed. Jay found a passion for art at a young age and continued to find comfort in expressing himself through his art. Jay was a very spiritual person and expressed that through his tattoos as well. Jay learned the bartering system at a young age and used it to his fullest potential continuing with his love of cars with stance and buying and selling cars. His contagious smile and humor will be greatly missed.
He is survived by mother, Teresa Paddock; father, Craig Holley; step-mother, Terra Rapin; sisters, Jessica Woerner and Jamie Holley; brother, Camden Holley; nieces, Auvree and Arbor, as well as, grand-parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and a large extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday 4th, 2017 at Grace Memorial Funeral Home located at 16931 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Hudson, FL 34667 (727-863-5471) from 12 noon till 2pm after which there will be a formal Service in Jays Honor by Military, Family and close Friends.
