Jane E Phelps, 84, passed away May 25, 2018. Jane was born in Chicago on March 3, 1934 and moved to Hudson, FL in 1971. She was preceded in death by her husband, Courtney. Jane and Courtney were local business owners and active in community affairs. Jane was a fun loving and energetic mother and is survived by her children and their families.
