James Donnie Thompson's Obituary
James Donnie Thompson, 66, of Hudson, Florida passed away at Adventhealth North in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
He was born March 17, 1957 in Trenton, Michigan the son of James Warren Thompson and the late Mary Lue Lowe Thompson. He was a Skilled Trade Maintenance employee for JLL Industries. He loved being with his wife and around family and friends. Donnie was an avid boater and golfer.
In addition to his father he was also survived by his loving wife Sheri Ann Thompson; mother and father in-law: Jim and Nancy LaFountain; sister-in-law: Debbie (Dick) Raymo; his children: Jamie Thompson, Derek (Cassandra) Hoskins, Natilie (Steven) Bellman, Alyssa (Kyle) Davison and Mikey (April) Shumaker; his grandchildren: Beau, Blakely, Mia, Briar, Brooklyn, Jacob, Blake, Brylee, Bailey and Riot;
His sisters: Marcy (Bob) Lester, Kathy (Steve) Costello and Christie (Tim) Johnson;
His nieces and nephews: Jennifer Lester (John Kranz), Lisa (Cory) Horvath, Gabrielle Costello (Ritvit Reddy), TJ Johnson (Angelica Boyce), Stephen (Tristen) Johnson, Chelsea Johnson, Wendy Johnson and Victoria Johnson.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm Friday, September 22, 2023 at Grace Memorial Funeral Home, Hudson, Florida. Funeral Services will be at 1:30 pm Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Grace Memorial Park.
