James H. Smith's Obituary
James “Jim” H. Smith, 81, of Hudson, FL passed away March 7, 2021 while under the care of HPH Hospice. A native of Jackson, Ohio he was a long-time resident of the area. He served in the National Guard and retired from the Department of Defense. Jim was an avid golfer and loved to travel. However his greatest passion was being with his family. He was preceded in death by his brother, John and sister, Kathy. Survivors include his loving wife, Cecile; 4 sons, Douglas, Charles, Oscar, and James; daughter, Laura; brother, Donald; 4 sisters, Melanie, Ruth Ann, Mary and Marte; 10 Grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
