James "Jimmy" Allen Leever's Obituary
James Allen “Jimmy” Leever, 62 of Hudson, FL passed away September 21, 2016. A native of Mt. Clemmons, MI born to Phillip and Dorothy (Brown) Leever. Mr. Leever was raised in a military family living in many places including Japan, Texas, and Indiana; finally settling in Florida in 1972. Jimmy was very active in celebrating his Catholic Faith. He was a member and usher at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. He owned and operated West Pasco Irrigation Inc. with his strong and hard work ethic. He was also a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed all the time he could spend with his family. He loved telling jokes and fishing, but his most passionate pass time was being a true Tampa Bay Buccaneer fan, through the good times and bad. He is survived by his wife Jan who he married in 1981; son, James A Leever II of Land O’ Lakes, FL; daughter Shaye Leever of Tampa, FL; mother Dorothy Leever of Port Richey, FL.; 3 brothers, Phillip Leever of Ft. Myers, FL, Michael Leever of CO and Mark Leever of Port Richey, FL; sister, Lisa Pomeranke of Port Richey, FL; 3 grandchildren, Scout Leever, Sebastian Bush and Major Bush. A Catholic Celebration of his life will be held Saturday Oct. 8 2016 1:00 PM at Grace Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at noon.
