James F. "Jimmy" Fonck's Obituary
James F. "Jimmy" Fonck, age 59, of Spring Hill, FL. passed away on Thursday April 11, 2024 at the Sturgill Hospice House in Brooksville, FL. Jimmy came here in 1986 from his native Elmhurst, IL. He was the owner and operator of Jimmy "Buff-it" Details, an auto detailing company. Jimmy also had a knack for comedy. He has also been famous for his fabulous sense of humor. He also loved to talk, had the gift of gab, and mostly, the admiration and sincere love he had for his detailing business and most loving clients. He often stated they were all his family, and he loved each and every one of them.
Jimmy was an avid Tampa Bay Lighting fan as well as an avid animal lover, especially cats.
Jimmy was preceded in death by Mother - Anna R. Fonck, Father - Arthur F. Fonck, Brother - Fr. Benet A. Fonck, OFM, Nephew - Gregory L. Nutt, Jr., Sister -in- law Cindy Fonck, and a very dear friend - Patrick J. Swanquist.
He is survived by Brothers - Michael Fonck, and Andrew (Francine) Fonck, Sisters- Sr. Rosemary Fonck, OSF, Ruth Fonck, Dr. Rosemary Fonck (Greg Sr.) Nutt, Susie (Ernest) Fonck, Nieces - Nicki (Greg, Beyla) Burleson, Bethany (Dan, Molly, Sydney, Elijah) Keshan, Nephew - Jonathan (Taylor) Nutt.
