James V Chiaro Sr's Obituary
James V. Chiaro, Sr. 90, of Winter Park, FL (Formerly of Hernando Beach) passed away August 12, 2016 at Winter Park Memorial Hospital. A native of Chicago, IL born to Prospero and Marie (Borys) Chiaro. Mr. Chiaro came to the Central Florida area, Winter Park, FL. in 1973 as their main residence. In 1982 they established a 2nd residence as their summer vacation home in Hernando Beach, Fl. James served his country in the U.S. Navy during W.W. II in the Pacific Theater as a Fireman First Class. He later retired as a truck driver. He was of the Catholic Faith and was a member of the VFW. James had many things he enjoyed including fishing, boating and his Jet Ski. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary; son James V. Chiaro, Jr. of Casselberry, FL; 2 daughters, Doreen Wilson and husband Michael of Oviedo, FL and Michelene Kullman and husband Kevin of Orlando, FL; 2 grandchildren, Danielle Ciavaglia and Christopher Chiaro; 2 great-grandchildren, Anthony Rivera and Alyssa Cross; sister, Betty Lou Bennett of Spring Hill, FL. A Funeral Mass will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 5900 Oleander Dr Orlando, FL 32807 Friday August 19, 2016 at 10 AM. Committal Service will take place at 3 PM at Grace Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org in memory of James.
