Jacquelene Werner's Obituary
Jacquelene Werner, 53, of Wesley Chapel, FL passed away peacefully on Thursday November 6th, 2014. Jacquelene was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Edzel Hogston and Rachel Collins on February 1st, 1961. She was self-employed in the Transportation Industry for many years. She was a Protestant-Pentecostal by Faith. Survivors include her loving husband, John Jr., sons, John III., Aaron and Timothy, daughters, Kimberly, Anna Marie, Kristina and Patricia, sisters, Barbara, Theresa, Victoria, Consuelo and Cynthia, brothers, Johnny and predeceased brother, Ottis Eugene, 13 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many friends who will miss her.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 12th, 2014 from 10am-11am at Grace Memorial Gardens at 16931 U.S. Hwy. 19, Hudson, FL 34667, (727) 863-5471. A Graveside Service will be held at the Grace Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Wednesday, November 12th, 2014 at 11:00AM.
