Howard S. Slavitsky's Obituary
Howard S. Slavitsky, 83, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Sturgill Hospice House in Brooksville, Florida. He was the husband of Elinor Robin Slavitsky. They shared 53 wonderful years of marriage together.
He was born on December 19, 1941 in the Bronx, New York to the late Albert Slavitsky and Sarah (Perlberg) Slavitsky.
He was in the United States Army for four years. During this time, he served in the Vietnam War. His MOS was a clerk typist.
Howard and Robin got married on October 24, 1971. They lived in Fort Lee, New Jersey for 35 years then moved to the Brooksville/Spring Hill area, where they have resided now for 18 years. Once they got settled in Florida, Howard got a job with Ralph Lauren as a cost accountant, He worked there for many years until he eventually retired.
He is survived by his loving wife, Robin Slavitsky and many close friends.
