I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't know Helen. She was one of the parents in our neighborhood, then she was part of the family because of Nancy and Liz first then Bob. She was always so sweet to me I will never forget her. She loved her family she will be so missed.
I had the pleasure knowing Mrs. Locascio since I was a kid. I cut her lawn when I was around 12 years old. She would always bring me out something cold to drink. Lemonade as I remember. When Mr. Locascio would pay me she would always give me a little extra without him knowing. She was always like family to me. The sweetest person. Rest in peace.
I have known the Locascios since around 1972. She was such a nice and beautiful lady. Always made you feel welcome in her house
I dated her grandson during high school and when I met her & her husband for the first time, they were very warm & friendly. Then later in life I got to see her again and enjoy her witty personality and her very delicious cooking. Her hamburger soup, I think that's what it was called, was my favorite and when i knew she was making it I would ask for some leftovers. She is and always will be very missed by those lives that she touched with her kindness, compassion, and love.
