Helen L. "Dolly" Ricardo's Obituary
RICARDO, Helen "Dolly" 81, of Spring Hill, Fl. Passed away August 31, 2011 at Spring Hill Health & Rehab. A native of Dorchester, Mass. She came to the area in 1973 from Foxboro, Mass. She retired as Assistant Manager for Community Ace Hardware in Tarpon Springs and attended St. Theresa Catholic Church. Other memberships include the Rollin Rebels R.V. Club and the Family Motor Coach Assoc. Dolly was also an avid dancer and spent many years teaching others. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years Joseph "Jimmie" Ricardo and is survived by her 3 sons M.J. Higgins of Shady Hills, Fl., Matthew Higgins of Spring Hill, Fl. and Michael Higgins of Valrico, Fl.; 1 daughter Marilyn Higgins Coburn of Hudson; 6 grandchildren Ben Higgins, Neal Higgins, Molly Higgins, Katie Higgins, Dana Higgins, and Joshua Coburn; 2 great-grandchildren Riley Higgins and Kaena Higgins. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Theresa Catholic Church Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. with interment to follow at Grace Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. with a Catholic Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M.www.gracefuneralhomehudson.com
