Hazel Elizabeth Philpot's Obituary
Hazel Elizabeth Philpot, 81, of Hudson, FL passed away August 5, 2017 at Bayonet Point Regional. Funeral Services will be held Friday 2 PM at Grace Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Noon. A native of WestPoint, TN born to George and Madge (Wisdom) McMahon, she came to the area in 1975 from Ft. Lewis (WA) after her late husband’s tour of duty and retirement. She was a member of the River Road Church of Christ in New Port Richey and a Homemaker. Hazel enjoyed gardening and doing ceramics. But she loved being a mother and grandmother the most. She was preceded in death by her Husband John. Survivors include her son, John, Jr.; 2 daughters, Janet Manczak and husband Tom, Donna Smith and husband Steve; 6 grandchildren, Amy, Amanda, Jasmine, Andrew, Samantha and John. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to River Road Church of Christ, 6767 River Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34652 in memory of Hazel.
