Harold F. Moss Sr.'s Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Harold F. Moss Sr., a man whose spirited and fun nature enriched the lives of all who knew him. Born in Argyle, NY, Harold lived a life full of joy, courage, and a deep commitment to his country and family.
A proud veteran, Harold served in the US Air Force from 1955 to 1959, stationed at Sembach Air-Base in Germany. His service was a testament to his character, marked by duty, honor, and a love for adventure.
Harold was a devoted husband to his beloved Mary Moss, with whom he shared 65 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a legacy of love and resilience. He was a loving father to his children—cherished daughter Stacy Lynn, who preceded him in death, and his surviving children, Harold Moss Jr. and Shelly Moss-Hunzeker. His family continued to blossom with grandchildren Kassandra Porter, Scott Moss, and Jacquelyn Brown, and great-grandchildren Payton Porter, Hunter Porter, and Lucas Smith.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service. Instead, we invite family and friends to honor Harold’s memory by remembering the joy he brought into our lives, the laughter he shared, and the enduring love he left behind.
Harold’s legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. His life was a vibrant tapestry of service, family, and friendship, and he will be deeply missed.
May he rest in peace.
