George Gaspare Lacorte's Obituary
George Gaspare LaCorte died on January 15, 2023, at 80 years old.
In classic George fashion, he did it his way. George was excited to co-lead a bible study but got sick and insisted the group still come to his home for the study. George rested in his bedroom while the group kicked off the new bible study. Jill found George had went to be with lord and looked at peace with no suffering.
George was born November 21, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late George Joseph LaCorte and Kathryn Lewando LaCorte.
George has three brothers, Ron LaCorte, Bob LaCorte, and Richie LaCorte, who he loved very much and always shared many memories with his sons that helped set the strong bond his three boys have today.
He trained as a sheet metal mechanic, obtained a Class D Security Guard License, and picked up skills and certifications in AC repair and building maintenance while working for several large hospitals. Before retiring, he dedicated many years at Langly Air Force Base and Kennedy Space Center as a maintenance supervisor.
George was a loving and caring father to his three sons: George (Lea) LaCorte, John (Michelle) LaCorte, and James (Kathi) LaCorte. He was also a devoted grandfather to his nine grandchildren (Maximillian LaCorte, Joseph Bard, Madison Ramirez, Alley Ashley, Garett Ashley, Emma LaCorte, Caitlyn Doctor, Stephen LaCorte, and Chloe LaCorte) and a great-grandfather to his one great-grandchild (Marley Ramirez).
All of his family and friends will greatly miss him.
