GATES, George N. 81, of Brooksville, FL, passed away September 5, 2019 at 4 pm at Hernando Hospice surrounded by his loving family.
He was a U.S. Marine Veteran and is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Jean Wetherall Gates; daughter, Heidi; son, Bradley; sisters, Gerri and Betty; brothers, Harry, William; sister-in-law, Joelene; and brother-in-law, Thomas. He was a Member of the American Legion 186.
A gathering for family and friends will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm on September 21st followed by a celebration of life beginning at 4 pm at Grace Memorial Funeral Home.
