From the day after you started your service to Lord of the Seas, you were by our families sides at the hospital praying, supporting and helping us cope with our daughters cancer. You immediately were family! You later became a father influencer to our grandson Garrett who you loved so. He loved listening to you play your guitar and singing to him. Thank you for bringing so much to our lives with your love of Christ, and your love of all the arts. We pray your family finds comfort that you were so well loved by so many. Every time we went to visit Tío, I just knew we were going to have a good time. Our days with him were always filled with laughter—movies, games, singing, and of course, enjoying some yummy Rocky Road ice cream.
I remember when Tío and Titi Beverly lived in Miami. Me, Kiara, and Eric were just little kids, and Tío would walk with us around the area and He used to leave money on the floor for us and have us thinking we were just finding random money and that we were just lucky 🤣.
I’ll miss the times when he would stop by my home whenever he was in my area. He always tried to made sure to visit me and the girls. He always gave me words of wisdom and reminded me how well I’m doing as a single mother and that he was proud of me. He seemed to always say it at the right time when I truly needed to hear it. And I will forever cherish all the sweet and funny moments we shared. Tío, you were truly loved, and you will forever be missed.
