George Borges' Obituary
Mr. George Borges, 95, of Ormond Beach passed away on January 10, 2022. He was born on November 10, 1926 in Havana, Cuba to Jose and Onelia Borges. George was a former member of St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, where he was active in the Knights of Columbus and Prayer Group. He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Orchid; son Robert Borges and his wife Myrna; daughter Gladys Russell; grandchildren Candace Brigman, Bobby Borges, and Elizabeth Borges; great-grandchildren Aubree Brigman, Giovanna Borges, Bobby Borges III, Seth Borges and Maddox Borges. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM at St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. Interment will follow at Grace Memorial Gardens.
