Gail L. Ugarte, 74, of Spring Hill, FL passed away peacefully on Sunday February 11th, 2018. Gail was born in Queens, New York to Arthur and Theresa Goebler on October 22nd, 1943. She was employed as a Certified Care Giver for many years. She was a Catholic by Faith. Survivors include her loving sister, Pamela Basta.
