Fredda Louise Chappell, 79, of Hudson, Florida passed away at 8:40 a.m. Friday, September 10, 2022 at her residence.
A native of Welch, West Virginia she was born August 19, 1943 the daughter of Joseph Fred Horne and Polly Walker Horne.
Arrangements are in the care of Grace Memorial Funeral Home in Hudson, Florida
Burial will be in Grace Memorial Park in Hudson.
