So sad that he fooled so many people for so long, I take comfort in knowing that he is gone, saddened only by the knowledge our mom was taken before him, and that I never had to tell my children, his grandchildren what kind of person he really was.

So sad no mention of his Biological children and six grand children he is survived by. No notification to his Biological kids as well.
So much to say,so many questions that will never be answered, hope he finds forgiveness in the presence of God.. ..For the cruelty and abandonment of his biological children who only saw the ugly side of him.
I lost a man in my life that taught me a lot on home repair and life in general. He was tough at times,but that made me strongest. When things in my life got tough he and my mother help me through. He had wisdom and a helpful heart for family. To me he was my father. He helped me grow. His wisdom and help will be missed in my life. Also his wise crack remarks. Last night I lost not only my grandpa but an amazing great grandpa š there are no words to express the love you had for all of us but especially for my girls. Iām so happy we were able to visit this passed April and for you to finally get to see Lilly. Although you may have been my moms step dad you were never my step grandpa in my eyes. Iām lucky to have these home videos to share and watch with my girls and most importantly with Rylee who already misses you dearly. We love you grandpa š

Your humor was unparalleled and I can't believe you won't be there to make jokes at me any longer (no matter how many times I tried to get a comeback in) or hear you unfailingly ask how my vy-ola is doing knowing I haven't played in a while.
