Frank John Zangari's Obituary
Frank John Zangari, 83, of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away April 12, 2023.
Frank was born in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts, on 26 November 1939, to Frank D. Zangari and Anna R. Thibeault. Raised in Haverhill, Frank had been a member of AmVets Post #147 and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Frank had loved playing the accordion from an early age, and had studied accordion in San Francisco, California, at the famous Theodore Pezzolo School of Music, and when he came back to Haverhill, had opened an accordion studio from his home on Observatory Ave. When he was old enough, he had joined the Navy, and learned his love of the ocean, being on boats, and traveling. Frank had lived in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, California, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
Frank is precedeceased by both of his parents, his sister Sheila Moyer of California, his first wife (Ruth) and his third wife (Jan). He is survived by his sister Norma Alaimo (AZ), his brother Thomas Zangari (MA), his second wife, Karen Zangari (AZ), his son Vincint Zangari (AZ), his son James Zangari (FL), and his daughters Katherine Doot (AZ), Pamela Martens (AZ), and Linda Baker (ME), six grandsons, and many neices and nephews.
Funeral arrangements will be through Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, located at 16931 US-19 North, Hudson, FL 34667, and although Frank had a cemetery plot in Plaistow, New Hampshire, he had requested his remains be cremated and interred in Hudson, Florida, to spend his eternity with his third wife (Jan).
