Frank J Palmieri's Obituary
Frank J Palmieri, 96, died February 11, 2013, at Hospice of Hernando County FL. He was born December 29, 1916 in New York, NY. He was a resident of Forest Oaks Assisted Living Center in Spring Hill. Frank worked as professional cabinet maker and later for the Town of Oyster Bay as their Print Manager. He was a US Army veteran of WWII, a member of the Florida Chapter of the Royal Arcanum, the Port Richey FL Retreads Motorcycle Club, and the West Coast Goldwingers Motorcycle Club. Frank was pre-deceased by his wife Esther and his son Roger. He is survived by his son, Frank and wife, Mary, of Greensboro, NC, grandchildren Evan Palmieri of Charlotte, NC and Laura Palmieri of Queenstown, New Zealand, and his sister, Theresa Esposito of Mt. Carmel, NY. The family is especially grateful for the loving care he received from his "nanny" Angela Patlan, his relatives Blanche and Edward Vicinanza, and the staff of HPN Hospice.A visitation and vigil service will be held from 4-6 pm on Sunday, February 17th at Grace Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, in Hudson FL, followed by a brief Committal Service at The Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL on Monday February 18th at 10:00 am.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HPH Hospice
