She was born October 25, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York the daughter of the late William James Moran and Martha Kornowicz Moran.
Frances is survived by her daughter: Patricia Swenson and her son: Steven DeSmith.
Arrangements are in the care of Grace Memorial Funeral Home in Hudson, Florida
