The Overend family were our neighbors for several years. They became our friends. Trudy and John are like family. We went through a lot together , good and bad. We had a lot of fun. Great get togethers and barbecues. When they moved we were in touch but not as much. Life happens. We bumped into each other while out and would catch up on family news. A phone call once in a while then Facebook happened. It was nice to hear from Trudy when I'd open my Facebook, which isn't often as most of you know. But she was always there with a memory , pic , poem , greeting , or whatever she chose to post. She always brought a smile to my face. I will miss that. She may be gone from this earth but she will NEVER be forgotten. My condolences to John, Johnny,Lynn and Trudy.

Trudy was my oldest half sibling, we shared the same father yet different mother. I have made mistakes in my life that took her away from me and just recently had gained her forgiveness and we were starting to communicate again. I loved my sister very much and regret that I ever disappointed her as I did, but thankfully I turned my life around and gained her praises and got to tell her how much I loved her! I may not have gotten to say see ya later, but I did get to tell her I loved her. Dad has been gone for many many years but I know she is up there with him now and he has one of his girls home with him. I hope him and her both know how much I love and miss them both. It was definitely unexpected to lose her already, and my heart is breaking for John, John Michael, Lynn, and Trudy; I love and miss u all and hope u know I'm here if u need me. I love u sissy and can't wait to see u and Daddy again one day! 💔💯😭

We are so saddened to hear of Trudy passing. She worked for us for many years at our laundry/ dry cleaners. So much fun to be around and a very hard worker. The many laughs we had while working and at different get togethers. Great fun to dance with. Rest well Trudy. Dance with the Angels our Friend. You will be missed. Trudy was our long time family friend. She was always so sweet and fun loving. Even as I grew older and had a family of my own she still would stop and say hello if we saw each other out and about. She will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Trudy's passing. Frank and I are sending our deepest condolences to her family. Trudy and her son Lynn came to bingo at the clubhouse. Trudy will be missed and I didn't know until this past season that she sang at Karaoke. Lynn is the only family member that we knew personally, so Lynn, you are in our thoughts.
