Evan Lee Carter, 84, of Ocala, Florida passed away Friday, February 6, 2015. He was born in Sank, Canada. He was of the Christian faith and will be missed by his loving family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife Doris RM Carter; daughter Deborah, Faye and Shannon. A private memorial service will be at a later date.
