Struble, Elaine's Obituary
Elaine Struble, 77, of Hudson, Florida passed away on November 30, 2025, at Bear Creek Nursing Center in Hudson, Florida.
Born on January 25, 1948, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. Caffrey and Dorothy M. Winterberger.
In addition to her parents, she now rejoices with loved ones in heaven including her daughter, Robbyn L. Gilleo and her sister, Margaret Caffrey.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years: Robert C. Struble; her daughters: Carolyn M. Struble and Deanna M. Struble; her granddaughter: Alyssa M. Gilleo; her grandsons: Robert C. Struble, Anthony M. Gilleo and Kyle Diaz; her sisters; Lora Verducci, Blanche Riebel, and Mary Silverman; her brother; Thomas J. Caffrey; along with many family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Elaine worked for many years and retired from the Pasco County Property Appraiser Office in New Port Richey, Florida.
Elaine was a bright and witty person who loved gardening, going to flea markets and spending time with her husband and fur babies. She enjoyed spending the holidays and birthdays with family and always made full holiday feasts. Her humor was unpredictable in the best ways, and her laughter will always be remembered.

A memorial service will be held in January at Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Hudson, Florida. The date will be announced in the near future.
Elaine will be deeply missed, and the cherished memories of her will remain with us always.
