Tom once invited me over many years ago to hear a few songs that he had written. Before I knew it he had his guitar out and was playing and singing. I was truly impressed. I sat there in his house completely stunned. What a voice and talented musician he was. Up until then I never knew. Those songs could've been published. I know it. He was that good. Right up there with Crosby Stills, Nash, and Young. And I remember telling him so. RIP Tommy! Keep on singing and playing your music.
