Dorothy Louise Penley, 81, of New Port Richey, FL passed away March 15, 2022. A native of Baltimore, MD she came to the area in 2011 from Waldorf, MD. She was a Methodist by faith and member of Faith United Methodist Church, and a Read Obituary
Dottie was so special, such a special friend & I loved her like a sister. We moved to Southern MD in 1979 from North Syracuse NY. I feel we met shortly after that! Our daughter's were the same age & met in elementary school ( Eva Turner). They become fast friends that lasted for years!💖
Later I had another baby girl & another friend adopted a baby girl from Korea about the same age as mine, anyway somehow we got together & the three of us became close friends. We did so much together with our families, Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, etc. It was so hard for me when both moved away but life goes on! I was lucky to be able to visit Dottie & Ray in Florida a couple of times.🙏
