Deborah Parent's Obituary
Deborah Parent, 71, of Spring Hill, FL passed away August 23, 2016 at home. A native of Springfield, Mass. she came to the area in 1981 from W. Springfield, Mass after retiring as an office administrator for W. Springfield High School. Deborah was of the Jewish faith and was a member of Temple Beth David, where she was also active in the Sisterhood and the Hadassah. She also volunteered with the Hernando County friends of the Library and Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program. Mrs. Parent was preceded in death by her son Leon Parent, III. She is survived by her husband Leon Parent, Jr.; 2 sons, Keith Parent and Jason Parent; 2 daughters, Candice Davis and Patti-Ann McMillan; 2 brothers Paul and Harold Kacanek; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A committal service will be held at a later date at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
