Cora B. Moore's Obituary
Cora B. (Harris) Moore, 86, of Hudson, Fl. passed away October 1, 2016. She was winter resident of Hudson, FL and summer resident of South New Berlin, NY. A native of Corbett, NY she was one of fourteen children born to Osmer and Myrtle (Myers) Beadle. Cora was a homemaker and of The Baptist faith. Her memberships include the First Baptist Church of South New Berlin, NY, The Order of The Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge an independent order of the Odd Fellows. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children Harlan T. Harris in 1985. She remarried years later and in 2010 her husband Harold Moore passed away. Survivors include her 3 sons, Gerald Harris and wife Jeanne of South New Berlin, NY, Michael Harris and wife Dodi of Norwich, NY and Timothy Harris and wife Theresa of Magnolia, DE; daughter, Kathleen Sampson and husband Richard of Spring Hill, FL; brother Robert Beadle of South New Berlin, NY; 3 sisters, Betty Stone of Upton, NY, Doris Smeltzer of Endicott, NY and Jenny Carpenter of Norwich, NY; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the South New Berlin Fire Department, 3327 State Highway 8, South New Berlin, NY 13843 in memory of Cora.
