Lewis, Chester Clarence's Obituary
Chester Clarence Lewis Jr. 97, of Weeki Wachee, Florida passed away on September 27, 2024 at his residence.
He was born August 11, 1927 in Greenburg, PA the son of the late Chester C. Lewis Sr and Mae Eckenrode Lewis.
Chester served in the USCC-Merchant Marine. He then worked at, and later retired from, Picatinny Arsenal, Nuclear R&D Defense Department. He was a long-time member of the
Eagles, Elks, American Legion and Moose.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife; Barbara-Anne Lewis; and his sons: Michael Lewis and Chester Lewis III.
Survivors include his daughters: Barbara Lewis, Kathleen Henderson and Karen Lewis; his sons: Dani Richard Lewis and Stephen Lewis; a brother, William Lewis; and, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
