Cesar L. Joubert's Obituary
Cesar L. Joubert, 87, of Brooksville, FL passed away peacefully on Monday May 21st, 2018. Cesar was born in New York City, New York to Luis and Resurreccion Joubert on October 11th, 1930. He was employed in the Electrical field as an Engineer for many years. Cesar served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a Catholic by Faith. Survivors include his loving family, sons, Luis, Joaquin, Phillip and Steven, daughter, Tina and several grandchildren.
