Catherine H Wilson's Obituary
Catherine H. Wilson, 82, of Spring Hill, Fl. passed away October 14, 2016 at home while under the care of HPH Hospice. A native of Bridgeport, CT she came to the area in 1986. In her early years she served in the U.S. Airforce in the Women’s Airforce Service Pilots (WASP). Mrs. Wilson was a Catholic and later retired from General Electric as a head accountant. Catherine had a passion for the sport, and was bowler. Throughout her bowling career she was the state representative for the WIBC and also on the board of directors. As well the Florida State 500 Club. She enjoyed forming new leagues and participating in bowling events throughout Hernando and Pasco counties. She loved the outdoors and the sport of shooting as well, being a Life Member and Past Treasure of the Hernando Sportsman Club. She is survived by her son, Thomas Wilson and wife Rebecca Rainey of Spring Hill, FL. A memorial service will be held Saturday October 29, 2016 2:00PM at Grace Memorial Funeral Home, with American Legion Paradise Post #79 officiating.
