Carolina Simon, 85 of Brooksville, FL passed away June 7, 2023. A native of Manhattan, NY she came to the area in 1990. Carolina was a homemaker and a Catholic. She enjoyed painting, sewing, crafts and cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald and son, Craig. Survivors include her son, Steven; daughter, Donna Ann Simon; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Carolina was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
