Carole J. Start's Obituary
Carole J. Start, age 83 of Bayonet Point, Florida passed away on Monday September 2, 2024, at the HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida.
She was born in Greenwich Village, New York to Harold and Eileen (Ahern) Steinhauer and came to this area in 1997 from New Jersey. She worked as a secretary on Wall Street before retirement. She attended St, Michael the archangel Catholic Church in Hudson, Florida where she was active as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister and worked in the church gift shop. She was active in the Respect Life movement. She was a music lover who liked to sing, and she enjoyed playing cards at the beach while watching the sunset. But her proudest achievement was her devotion to her family.
She is survived by her sons Kurtis (Kim) Start, Robert Sloposky, daughters Lisa (Laura) Caile and Kristyn Start, her grandchildren Emma and Noah.
