Carol Ann Bergin's Obituary
Carol Ann Bergin passed away on December 8th, 2022 surrounded by many that loved her. Born on July 27th, 1933 to her parents Albert and Dorthea Jackson of Utica, MI. Carol Ann spent 89 wonderful years spreading joy to everyone around her.
Carol's life will always seem too short to many, but those of us who were blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she stayed here.
Carol was a comfort to many and a joy to all, most of her time was spent taking care of her family, her friends, and her church. She was a master of crosswords and puzzles, an avid home entertainer and an amazing mother, grandmother and friend.
Carol is survived by her loving children- Virginia Marie Livingstone, Cynthia Marie Livingstone McCoy(Tim McCoy), Robert John Livingstone(Monica Livingstone), Susan Marie Livingstone Bruce(Anthony Bruce), Gregg Wieczorkowski, along with her 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many extended family including her best friend Al. Carol was predeceased in death by her parents Albert and Dorothea Jackson, her siblings Judy Rivero and Jerry Jackson, her husband James Livingstone, her husband William Bergin, her son Michael James Livingstone and her grandchildren Sean, Christopher and Danielle.
Not a day went by where Carol didn't talk about how much her family and God meant to her -- her family was her most important achievement in life.
She was a member of St Vincent DePaul church and held several offices in the Ladies Auxiliary for the Knights of Columbus. She was an avid karaoke singer, still loved to dance and color with/for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also took pleasure in listening to Frank Sinatra's music and was secure in the fact she was God's favorite.
