It is still hard to believe that my buddy has passed. I miss our daily good morning routine where he'd come in my office just to say hi... and maybe check out my candy bowl on my desk. I'd tell him he could have one for each hand and he always thought that was funny. He was a beloved part of our community and his smile is missed beyond measure. He loved his family so much and spoke about them often to me. And he sure did love going to Applebee's for his cheeseburger. Carl was a special soul and I am a better person for having crossed his path in life.
