Bob Hamburg's Obituary
Bob Hamburg Sr., on October 25th 2025 his loving Fran called him home to be with her. They were married for 27 years almost to the day. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, Father William O. Hamburg and Edna (nee Carney). He is survived by his son RJ and his wife Marcy of Berlin NJ, his daughter Kelly Ann of Voorhees, NJ, and numerous grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He graduated from North Catholic High School and joined the Army shortly thereafter serving tours in Germany. He did many odd jobs when he was discharged but found a niche in the record business where he and his "brother" Ritchie prospered. He coached little league and was the "soccer dad" traveling up and down the east coast for tournaments. He was one of the neighborhood fathers to all the kids and a trusted mentor to many. He and Fran settled in Pasco County FL and weathered many hurricanes but sadly Hurricane Helene would take most if not all of their possessions -Fran being the one he could not lose, succumbing to cancer in December 2024. Their final wish was to be joined together in their passing as they were in life.
