Billy C. Hicks, age 88 of Weeki Wachee, FL. passed away on Friday November 1, 2024 at his home. He was born in Caretta, W.V. to Willie and Lola (Mullins) Hicks. He moved here in 2017 from Elkton, MD. Before retirement he worked as a foreman at Anchor Freight in Wilmington, DE.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years Janet, daughters Tina (Joe) Bingnear and Tanya (Jamie) Stafford, son Brian (Susan) Hicks, siblings Hyphern Welch, Molly Click and Gary Hicks, grandchildren Joseph Bingnear, Jr., Nicholas Bingnear, Skylar Stafford, Kylie Stafford, Aaron Bingnear and great grandchildren Aria Bingnear and Iris Stafford.
