Betty V Kalish's Obituary
KALISH, Betty V. 92, of Spring Hill, passed away April 13, 2019.
Betty was an avid gardener with a natural green thumb, a league bowler at Hudson Bowling Alley, and an organ player. She was a parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church and a member of the church's Sunshine Club.
Most of all, Betty was a warm and kind spirit who loved spending time with her family and friends. Betty was always available to lend an ear to someone when they needed to talk or to help solve a problem. She was famous for her home cooked holiday meals and her happy go lucky nature. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Edward R. Kalish, son-in-law George Malkowski, and two grandchildren.
She is survived by her children Nancy Fries (Martin), Linda A. Malkowski, and David Kalish (Diane); 4 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, April 23rd at Grace Memorial. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 am on Wednesday, April 24th at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
