Bernard John Jangula Sr.'s Obituary
Bernard John Jangula, Sr. 82, of Spring Hill, FL passed away May 12, 2017. A native of Zeeland, N.D. he served his country in the U.S. Navy as a radioman aboard the USS Bushnell (AS-15) during the Korean Conflict. He came to the area in 1993 from Kalamazoo, Michigan and was an Owner of a Janitorial service. Bernard was of the Catholic Faith and a member of St. Mary’s Parrish in Michigan. He enjoyed Golfing and volunteering his time to various organizations including the Cancer Society and Big Brothers of Michigan as well as sharing his stories of his trips to Mexico. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his son, Donny. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Carolyne; 2 sons, Ben, Jr. and Thomas; 3 daughters, Mary, Shirley and Patty; 2 brothers, Norbert and Leo; 2 sisters, Betty and Elaine; 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Grace Memorial Funeral Home in charge of cremation arrangements.
