Benedict John Thomas' Obituary
Benedict John Thomas, 89, (Formally of Spring Hill, Fl.) passed away Jan. 25, 2016. Graveside services will be held Friday 2 pm at Florida National Cemetery. A Native of Tarrytown, NY he served in the U.S, Army Air Corp. during W.W. II and later retired from the U.S. Post Office and was a Horary Member of The Consolidated Engine Co. in NY. After coming to Spring Hill he was a member of St. Theresa’s Catholic Church. Benedict was preceded in death by his wife Rosemarie in 2004. Survived by 2 sons, Stephen and Roger; brother, Pete; and several grandchildren.
