Barbara Bachmann-Taylor's Obituary
Barbara Bachmann-Taylor, 80, of Hudson, Florida passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013. She was born in New York to Theodore and Mildred Bachman on May 31, 1933. She moved to the Hudson area in 1998. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hudson. In her career, she did administrative work for both the city of New York and the state of New York. Barbara is remembered by her family as a person full of life who had an infectious laugh that was recognizable to those who knew her. She is also remembered as one who enjoyed cooking for people and lived for Club Wildwood's bingo. She was also fond of her elephant figurines and loved butterflies. She is survived by her husband of five years, Richard Taylor; step-children: Richard Taylor, Jr. of Kentucky, Robert Taylor of Connecticut, Diane Braught of North Carolina, Chris Taylor of New York State, and Gary Taylor of Florida; cousins: Terry and Tina Gresham of Gainesville, FL, Chris Florimonte of Ocala, FL, Ashley Evangelista of Gainesville, FL, and Robert Schram of Boulder, CO. Barbara will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
