Avannah Jean Bohannon Rice, age 96 of Hudson, FL. passed away Friday December 6, 2024 at Solaris Healthcare Bayonet in Hudson, FL.
She was born in Poplar Grove, TN to Dallas Walter and Etta Modesta (McCormick) Bohannon. She came to this area in 1971 from Ohio. She was the owner and operator of the Red Caboose Produce in Spring Hill, FL.
She is survived by her children Diana Moore, Pamela Ward and Rex Rice and three grandchildren Danielle Kuller, Justin Ward and Alissa Rice. She is predeceased by her parents, her bother Merle Dean Bohannon, and her sister Rozanna Bohannon.
A Celebration of Life will be held in March 2025 in Cookeville, TN.
