Anna Dorothea Moore's Obituary
Anna Dorothea Moore, lovingly known for her kind heart and strong spirit, passed away on May 1, 2026, at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey, Florida.
Born in Richmond, Indiana, Anna was the daughter of the late Ralph Moore and Anna Jane Moore. She lived a life rooted in love for her family, home, and the simple joys that brought her happiness.
Anna enjoyed doing crafts, feeding the birds, and tending to her garden. She was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying football and baseball, cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays, the Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati Reds, and Ohio State. She loved to cook and found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, caring for her beloved furbabies, and watching the beauty of the sunset.
Those who knew Anna will remember her as kind, caring, funny, determined, and strong-willed—a woman whose presence left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She is survived by her beloved daughters, Christine Bussey and Lisa Fox-Parker (Rick); her cherished grandchildren, Taylor Fox (Jamie Welden), Shelby Myers (Albert Mejia), Jessica Singh (Nick Tubby); her great-grandsons, Cameron Singh and Caden Singh; her siblings, Patricia Willeford, Mike Moore, and Kathy Moore; her adored grandcats, Bourbon, Clementine, Baby Girl, and Mio; and her great-granddogs, Gilbert and Bullet.
Predeceased by her parents; her siblings: Ralph Moore and Bo Moore; and her son-in-law, Stephen Bussey.
