Anita Darrell's Obituary
Anita Flora Helen Boettcher Darrell born to Herman and Helen Boettcher on March 20th, 1940, in Great Neck, New York.
Anita had many passions. A love for horses, for which she had an extensive collection of trophies and ribbons from her years of barrel racing. She had many animals over the years which she adored. Her love for roses got her recognized in the local newspaper for her beautiful rose gardens. She loved all things of nature and had an expansive collection of butterflies. She was most happy in her flower and vegetable gardens. Her green thumb was seen in all the beautiful plants, vegetables and flowers she grew.
Up until her last day she wanted to be at home with her beloved animals. She was a homebody at heart, and she had many talents. She loved to play the organ at church and her violin didn't miss many Sundays to do so. Anita was small but mighty and always did things her way.

Anita is predeceased by her husband, Bill Darrell. Her brothers.
