I met Nancy and Al pretty quickly after moving to San Felipe in 2003. I became part of their acting group "San Felipe Players". Al worked tirelessly building set, building a sound system and then putting together the sets on the spot in the places we would perform. I had the pleasure of acting along side Al in one play. We would arrive at the venue, clean up the site, erect the set, then change clothes and put on the show. Al was like the ever ready bunny he never stopped. More important though in the midst of it all he taught me to not take things too seriously and to remember to keep having fun. His wonderful smile stays with me as I know it does others he has touched. Nancy, you were married to a great man and I know he loved you dearly. You two were made for each other and I know you will join up again in our home above. My prayers are with you.

Memories and pictures of a life together are priceless. Bob and I will remember and treasure the great times we had starting back in New Hampshire. My husband and I have known Al as our neighbor and friend. Al has always been a kind, respectful, good hearted and just a nice person. We were very saddened when we heard the news.
