Alfred E. Smith's Obituary
Alfred E. Smith, 84, of Lutz, FL passed away peacefully on Sunday March 25th, 2018. Alfred was born in Brooklyn, New York to Richard and Mildred Smith on July 2nd, 1933. He was employed as a motor vehicle operator for the police department in New York for many years. Alfred served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Catholic by Faith and was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. He was predeceased by his wife Carol A. Smith. Survivors include his loving family, son, John E. Smith and wife Christine;daughter, Deborah A. Rose,
2 grandchildren, Alicia and Ryan; sister in-law, Mary Schult.
Visitation will be held on Thursday April 5th, 2018 at Grace Memorial Funeral Home, 16931 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Hudson, FL, 34667, 727-863-5471 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday April 6th at 10:00AM at St. Theresa Catholic Church 1107 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606.
Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
